Breaking Records at the National Stadium 26th WIND and WATER Warsaw Boat Show
On 3–6 April 2014, WIND and WATER Warsaw Boat Show was held in Warsaw. Already for the 26th time, the Fair brought together industry representatives and water sports and recreation enthusiasts from Poland and abroad. For the first time we had a chance to admire the most beautiful yachts, luxury motorboats, fastest jet skis, yachting and power boating equipment at the National Stadium in Warsaw.
This year’s edition of the Fair was really impressive. The relocation of the event to the National Stadium opened new opportunities. The WIND and WATER Warsaw Boat Show 2014 was attended by 453 exhibitors from 13 countries. There were more than 40 000 visitors (in comparison in 2013 there were 411 exhibitors and almost 28 000 visitors).
These are new records of the WIND and WATER Warsaw Boat Show.
We believe that this year's edition of the WIND and WATER Warsaw Boat Show has strengthened its position in Poland and this part of Europe.
We could see new yachts, both sailboats and motorboats from Polish and foreign shipyards, and the international character of the event was marked by the presence of Greek, UK, Spanish, Brazilian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, German, Polish, Slovakian, Croatian, Hungarian, Italian and even Indonesian companies.
Aside from sailboats and motorboats, dinghies, RIBs, jet skis and other vessels, visitors had the opportunity to see a full range of boating accessories, safety gear, rescue equipment, navigation instruments and boating electronics. Manufacturers and distributors of sportswear, kayaking and windsurfing equipment were also present. The Fair’s angling sector named GO FISHING offered a multitude of rods, reels, floats, artificial bait, as well as professional equipment, lines, braids, accessories and fishing apparel. For the first time in history, the Fair was accompanied by Tourism Salon TRAVEL - a tourism exhibition where cities, towns, municipalities and travel destinations from Poland and abroad presented their highlights for active leisure by and on the water.
